Dr. Abhyankar is a Family Physician with additional training in Dermatology, with a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, skin health, and patient-centered care.

She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo before obtaining her Doctor of Medicine degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John’s, Canada. She went on to complete her Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto in 2022 and earned her Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology from the University of South Wales in 2024.

Dr. Abhyankar has a special interest in medical dermatology and currently works part-time in a dermatology clinic in downtown Toronto. In addition to her outpatient practice, she also provides inpatient care at Trillium Health Partners.

Her clinical interests include acne, hyperpigmentation, alopecia, and skin lesion assessment. She is passionate about improving access to dermatologic care and helping patients feel more confident in themselves and their skin.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Abhyankar is involved in advocacy and social media initiatives focused on self-worth, confidence, and empowering patients through education and representation.
