Before booking an appointment for your child you will need to check if they’ve already received Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Hepatitis B (Hep B), or Meningococcal ACYW-135.

Parents can check to see if their child has already received these vaccinations through the Immunize Connect Ontario (ICON) website.

Report Vaccinations to Peel Public Health

Doctors do not report vaccinations to your regions health department. It is the responsibility of the parents/individual.
